Visualizer is created by a group of 3D engineers and artists at Imagination Technologies, LLC which is part of the Imagination Technologies Group plc company, a global leader in multimedia and communications technologies and creators of the PowerVR Graphics accelerators and MIPS processors.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. In order to provide you with services, we sometimes need to collect information about you. We will only use your personal information in a way that is fair to you. We will only collect information to provide, administer and improve our services and Visualizer products, and to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate and interact with the services and Visualizer products. We will only keep your information for as long as it is either required by law, or is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.

Information we may collect

1. Online Purchasing

When you use our websites (including purchasing a product from our webstore) we may retain the following information about you: your name, address, email address, telephone numbers, product details, serial number for the product, IP address, the date on which you made the purchase, and any additional information you provide to us in the purchasing process. We do not retain any credit card or other account and payment information. We may use the information you give to us in order to provide you with a license key, and potentially to notify you of information pertinent to your product including available updates. We may also use your information to contact you in relation to any correspondence we receive from you, any contribution you submit to us (e.g. on forums) or for marketing purposes.

2. Forums, Online Help & Discussion Groups

When you and other users participate in discussions and provide product feedback on websites hosted by us, we collect and analyze the discussions and review feedback on our products. We may use that information for internal purposes to update our products, design and develop new products and services, respond to your questions, provide you with support, allow you to access certain restricted areas on our websites and to provide you with information and updates regarding our products. By posting any information on any of our discussion forums you are disclaiming all intellectual property and moral rights to the content you post and you acknowledge that we can use the information posted by you in any manner we see fit.

If you post or send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content anywhere on or to our websites or otherwise engage in any disruptive behavior on any of our websites, we may use your personal information to stop such behavior. 4. Product Analytics

For internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes the Visualizer products report certain events to a server so we can understand how the products are being used.  This data includes which features of the product are being used, how often and for how long the product is used, the capabilities of the computer that is running the product and other performance information.  The data is used for statistical purposes, and we will never transmit any of your specific or proprietary information. These analytics can be disabled within the product.

Other uses of your personal information

We may also use your email address and other information about you to notify you about our products and services (including upgrades), sales promotions, newsletters, and anything else which we believe may be interesting to you.  If you would prefer not to receive any of this additional information, you may choose not to receive email from us by ticking the relevant box situated on the order or registration form on which we collect your data. You will also be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from any of our email distribution lists by following a link in the email.

Sharing information with Third Parties

We may share the information we collect from you with third parties (for example, with business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors) who are working on our behalf for the performance of any contract we enter into with you.  We may also disclose your information to third parties for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction or where we are required or permitted by law (for example, to law enforcement agencies).

Generic Data
